Peach-Apricot Sauce is a medium heat level that is a great combination of sweet and heat. It is also one of our No Sugar Added flavors, entirely sweetened by fruit. The sweet and spicy peach and apricot flavors work great with cheeses (try a baked brie), pork (marinate a pork loin or top a pork chop), chicken (wings or a whole glazed chicken) and seafood (shrimp, salmon or any meaty fish). Use it as a dipping sauce for tempura, dumplings, spring rolls, etc.. Mix into stir fry or saute`s. Glaze kabobs and even portabello mushrooms.
